The Corpus Christi in Seville is one of the most important celebrations in Seville. It takes place next Thursday on the eighth Sunday after Easter. That day the city is decked out in their best clothes and make a day all fraternities Seville (whether of glory or sacramental penance) are united in one procession. The procession consists of 9 steps (including Seville are saints, patrons of the city, the Holy Thorn and custody with the Body of Christ) and various social representations, ecclesiastical, military and political. It's a party comsiderada national interest.
